We offer a 30-day free return policy. This means you have a full 30 days after the date your item is delivered to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Zero Return Fees (Free Returns)

  • Return Shipping Fee: $0.00 USD (Viben covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label).
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD (No restocking fees will ever be applied to our customers).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@viben.shop or call us at +61 468 256 771. If your return request is accepted, we will email you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

10-Day Refund Processing Window

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method (USD currency) within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
